Shipping service is based on the value of the order. Orders up to and including $100 will be shipped insured First Class mail. Orders valued between $100.01 and $500 will be shipped insured Priority Mail. Orders more than $500 will be shipped Registered Mail.

POSTAL RATES VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY, SO WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE PLACEMENT OF YOUR ORDER WITH A SPECIFIC SHIPPING CHARGE. The Reeded Edge, Inc. will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to uninsured packages. We strongly recommend insurance on ALL packages, but ultimately, that is the choice of the purchaser. By virtue of placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges that The Reeded Edge will be held harmless in ALL instances of damage or loss. All insurance claims must be initiated by the purchaser. The Reeded Edge, Inc. will cooperate in any way possible to expedite the purchaser’s claim, but makes no guarantees of the amount of a settled claim or the time involved in the actual settlement of a claim.

• All items are unconditionally guaranteed genuine.
• Coins are graded by ANA standards. All other collectibles are graded by applicable industry standards.
• Full 5 day return privilege on web store purchases. Watches or other mechanical time pieces are guaranteed to be in good working condition at the time they are shipped (unless otherwise described). Warranty, if any, is strictly between the purchaser and the factory. All antique time pieces are sold "as is" with NO warranty expressed or implied. Time pieces are NOT returnable for any reason. We do not refund credit card processing fees, shipping costs, or any auction related fees. Auction purchasers, please see additional terms below.
• Any item removed from it’s original holder/packaging will be considered SOLD. Any payment received over 14 days late, will result in forfeiture of return privilege. $25.00 charge for any returned check.
• VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS are gladly accepted.
• Maryland residents must pay 5% sales tax. Sales picked up in our office must pay applicable sales tax.
• Credit card orders must be sent to the cardholder’s billing address only.
• Any item purchased from The Reeded Edge, Inc. that is subsequently altered, modified, or damaged shall not be returnable for ANY other reason. The Reeded Edge, Inc. shall serve as the final arbitrator in ascertaining alterations, modifications, or damages to any items in question.
• All prices are subject to change.
• The Reeded Edge, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors. This includes errors in item descriptions & prices, as well as errors in HTML code that might cause incorrect images to be displayed.
• Layaways can be arranged on most items. 1/3 deposit is required at time of inception with 1/3 due in 30 days and the final 1/3 due in 60 days. There is no interest or additional charges for this service. Any item not paid for in 60 days will be considered in default. All items in default are returned to inventory and subject to a 10% restocking charge based off the original purchase price. Layaway items are not returnable!
