An extremely low mintage Saint Gaudens Gold, with just 22,000 specimens struck in 1908. Unlike many later-date Saints that ended up heavily saved in bank bags, 1908-S $20s saw extensive circulation, making Mint State examples rare. This example, conservatively graded AU-58 by PCGS and awarded a CAC sticker, exhibits deep gold skin, outstanding luster and a minimal amount of any marks or distractions.
