OUR GUESS IS THAT THIS WAS A PAIR OF UNCIRCULATED NOTES PUT BACK IN THE DAY THAT WERE FOLDED FOR STORAGE PURPOSES. THEY WOULD PROBABLY GRADE VF-35 EPQ IF THEY WERE SENT IN FOR GRADING.
